Organic Pork
Our initial offering of our organic pork will be available on March 13, 2015 on the farm and at the Farmers' Markets after that. We will also have Fresh hams available on April 3, 2015. We're really excited about this new product line for our customers. They've been asking us for organic pork for a long time.
Our hogs are raised using organic practices although we are not an Organic "Certified" farm. They are fed oats, barley, dry hay and haylage, all harvested off our farm as well as Organic Certified Canadian yellow peas. They do not receive any corn or soybeans so you can rest assured they are not fed any GMO's
